Dum Qeema Pulao Recipe
Dum Qeema Pulao is the food for the soul. It’s a burst of flavor in each bite.
Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1 cup
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili small 1 tbsp
- Green papaya 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Coconut crushed 2 tbsp
- Fried onion ½ cup
- Mint leaf 2 to 3 tbsp
- Tomato slices 2 tomatoes
- Green chili big julienne 2 pcs
- Koyla for smoke
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Ek mixing bowl men qeemay men yogurt, papaya paste, tamam sukhay masalay, coconut, aadhi brown onion, lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker qeemay ko achi tarhan marinade ker lain. Or 3 se 4 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Ab pan men oil garam ker kay marinated qeema dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain phir thora sa pani dalk ker 8 se 10 minutes tak dum per chor den phir qeema per koylay ka dum laga lain.
Ab qeemay per tomato slices or fried onion dal ker ublay huway chawal dalen phir hari mirchen, podina or oil dal ker pulao ko dum per chor den. Jab pulao tayyar ho jae ho achi tarhan mix ker kay serve karen.
