Method:
Marinate chicken with marination ingredients for 3 to 4 hour. Heat oil add chicken and shallow fry well, give a smoke of coal. For Masala, heat oil add fried onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili, turmeric, tomato puree and yogurt cook well. Add fried chicken, cashew paste, fenugreek, cream and green chilies leave for simmer. When chicken is done, remove add sliced ginger and onion rings, serve.
